My name is Peter Hort. I am a Republican running for Congress in New York's Eighth Congressional District. The District includes most of Manhattan's Upper West Side and continues south to parts of Clinton, Chelsea, SoHo, Greenwich Village, TriBeCa and Downtown Manhattan. The District also includes Brooklyn: parts of Boro Park, Sunset Park, Bay Ridge, Bensonhurst, Coney Island, Brighton Beach, Manhattan Beach, Gravesend, Dyker Heights, Bath Beach and Seagate.
